All Is Well Counseling, LLC.
The mission of All Is Well Counseling, LLC. is to support Black women and college students looking to heal and grow into who they see themselves becoming.
Phallon Foxworth is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Spelman College and her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine’s Graduate Medical Sciences Division. She has experience in conducting individual and group therapy and has worked in various settings, including correctional facilities, partial hospitalization programs, private practice, and community mental health agencies.
Phallon utilizes an integrated approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She emphasizes the importance of making the therapeutic space one without pressure or fear of judgment. This essentially means that she believes in taking the time to pay attention to behaviors, making the space to validate feelings, and giving permission to truly explore how one's thoughts impact their reality.
In therapy with Phallon, you will be supported in addressing your concerns and receive assistance as you develop practical, tangible solutions that you can take away from each and every session. You also have the opportunity to engage in processing and healing from past traumas, guilt, anger, and anxiety through the research-backed approach of EMDR. While all of this is occurring, you will receive affirmations of who you are and where you’re headed in your journey to recite as often as you need. You will learn new skills and develop further insights into who you are becoming, not continuing to live a life dictated by who others have told you to be. You will have a tool kit of coping strategies, solutions, and activities that you can engage in to support your growth. Additionally, she believes in having a safe space to explore yourself, make mistakes, and be imperfect (in other words: be human).
