Aliza Reinstein
I am committed to empowering individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and research, I am passionate about supporting diverse populations and advocating for mental health awareness, neurodiversity, and social inclusion. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating neurodivergence and social-emotional challenges.
My clinical approach is integrative and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Art Therapy, and Strength-Based modalities. By incorporating a variety of evidence-based practices, I aim to create a dynamic and individualized therapeutic experience that supports long-term growth and emotional well-being.
As a client-centered clinician, I am committed to meeting individuals where they are and working collaboratively with the key systems in their lives, including families, school, and community supports. I am dedicated to supporting clients through all stages of development and change, while recognizing the many factors that influence mental health. My goal is to build positive, trusting therapeutic relationships that serve as a strong foundation for meaningful progress. I am passionate about tailoring care to honor each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. I strive to create a supportive and affirming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Resilience is cultivated in environments where self-expression and authenticity are welcomed and accepted. Through this lens, I support clients in exploring challenges, developing coping strategies, and building confidence.
Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with my dogs!
