As an experienced OCD and anxiety therapist, I draw from evidence-based approaches (such as CBT, ACT, and ERP), tailoring treatment to meet your specific needs. My approach is active and collaborative, and our sessions will involve learning and practice skills together. My clients tend to leave therapy feeling more hopeful, calm, and confident.
