You’re trying to hold it all together—classes, deadlines, friendships, work—but inside, you feel overwhelmed. College can be exciting, but it can also feel exhausting when stress, anxiety, or depression show up, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. You may feel stuck in your head, emotionally drained, or unsure of who you are outside of your grades and responsibilities.

I specialize in supporting college students through challenges like anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and trauma. I’m trained in EMDR, a research-backed approach that helps process overwhelming experiences and reduce the emotional weight of the past. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based tools like CBT, mindfulness, and somatic techniques.

This is a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. You don’t have to push through on your own. Healing is possible—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you through it.
