Alison Krause
Hello! I’m a therapist who believes that real healing happens through self-compassion, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. If you’re feeling stuck in the same old patterns—overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down emotionally—I’m here to help you shift that.
A big part of my work is helping people feel their feelings in a real, embodied way. We’ll slow down, tune into your body, and start to notice what’s actually going on underneath the surface. I use somatic tools to help you reconnect with yourself and move through emotional blocks—not just talk about them.
At the same time, I’ll support you in building practical skills that make daily life feel more manageable and empowering. I always keep a trauma-informed lens and acknowledge how systems of oppression and past experiences impact your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self.
Therapy with me is about creating space for change while being kind to yourself along the way. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
