Alison Capaldi
I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and their families/support systems. I have particular specialties using research-based practices to work with young adults and adolescents with Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. In addition to those specialties, I support clients through a wide range of challenges including, depression, stress management, life transitions, and academic stress.
I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP). I have a particular interest in treating Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in Adolescents and young adults.
