I work primarily with people who are hoping to get unstuck from the past, move out of survival mode, and figure out how to thrive. I primarily treat trauma, PTSD, and anxiety and use a blend of approaches--Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy, among others.
