Alicia Glasser
Hi, I’m Alicia Glasser, MS, LMHC, CTP. College can be both exciting and overwhelming, filled with new opportunities, challenges, and transitions. It’s normal to feel stressed, anxious, or unsure during this season of life, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
At Cypress Roots Counseling, I provide trauma-informed, holistic therapy that supports both the mind and body. My approach is integrative where I draw from evidence-based practices like trauma-focused CBT, strength-based therapy, somatic awareness, and emotion regulation techniques. This means our work together will be tailored to your unique needs, whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personal identity exploration, or relationship stress.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process, built on trust and connection. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered to explore challenges, discover your strengths, and build resilience. My goal isn’t just to help you manage symptoms, but to foster lasting growth, balance, and self-understanding.
I offer flexible in-person and telehealth sessions to fit into your schedule. If you’re looking for support as you navigate college and beyond. I’d love to connect with you.
