Therapy can be scary, especially when it's your first time, so I enjoy using humor when appropriate. I will help guide you if you need help with what to talk about in session(s). Through our work together we will find coping strategies and skills to help manage your feelings. We will learn so much about you and come to understand how to best help you. Emotional regulation will feel easier. You will have space to think about more than just what bothers you/what happened this week. It is a space to think deeply.
