Alia Roth
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
My practice centers on creating a safe and nurturing space for you to explore what is going on with you; your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, desires, strengths, and challenges. We will work collaboratively to move away from feelings like shame and guilt to make space for self-compassion, acceptance and growth. Together we will explore underlying challenges or barriers to reaching your hopes and goals and work through any blockages that come along the way. If you are new to therapy, you are welcome here! It can be an intimidating process to seek help - I hope to be a guide and support on your journey.
I approach my sessions with a dynamic and interpersonal lens as we work together to explore your internal and external landscapes. Together, we will identify any barriers or unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and then identify strategies and tools to help you disrupt unhealthy cycles.
I believe in the power of authentic human connection and I employ a warm, direct, humanistic and solution-focused approach with clients. Our time together will focus on developing a deep understanding of who you are, what you want to work on in a judgment free environment that will help you engage in your work meaningfully and vulnerably.
