Alexandra (Ali) Martinez, PhD, LMFT received her Masters, Specialist, and Doctoral degrees from the University of Florida’s Counselor Education program. Ali has over 25 years of experience as a clinician including extensive experience working with the college student population and in the areas of crisis intervention, relational/family counseling, systems work, and suicide prevention.
Ali’s work is grounded in narrative, systemic, and oppression-sensitive approaches to counseling. She also draws deeply from humanistic traditions, believing that healing begins in a collaborative, authentic relationship – one where the client’s story, voice, and values guide the process.
