The transition to college can be difficult to navigate, especially without the opportunity to reflect on the many changes and challenges you may be experiencing. My intention is to provide a safe space to talk and explore your life as a student, and beyond. Without an outlet for thoughts, feelings, and emotions, daily living and adapting to life changes may feel overwhelming and hard to manage. We cannot control what we feel, but we can consider how our feelings influence our decisions and behaviors. Psychotherapy is a meaningful way to understand ourselves and our relationship with others.
