As someone who grew up biracial, I understand the complexities of blending cultures in relationships and families. I support young adults in navigating identity, communication, and connection so they can grow stronger while honoring what makes them unique. I love creating a supportive space where individuals can feel truly understood and build stronger connections. My own journey into Marriage and Family Therapy grew from navigating identity and culture in my life. These experiences taught me the importance of being understood and inspired to support others as they work through life’s challenges. I look forward in joining you as you navigate through your college years.
