Stress and anxiety create a different impact on everyone and taking steps to cope can, at times, be difficult on your own. People who are motivated to begin mental health treatment are some of the strongest people out there, even when it can feel overwhelming and scary to take that step. I have always felt a pull to help others in understanding your feelings and behaviors and in how to navigate your world in stressful situations. I work primarily with clients who are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, grief/loss, and depression and can’t wait to begin doing some amazing, meaningful work with you!
I have a desire to help others feel heard and my biggest goal is to lift people up who are struggling. I love to see the progress you can make with your goals and mental well-being and I want to be the person that you can count on for support! I intend to do this by listening, working with you, & meeting you where you’re at, as opposed to only giving advice.
