Hello!
My name is Alexandra Miranda-Castillo. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I'm passionate about helping clients in the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent communities to build their self-worth, process systemic trauma, align with their authentic values, and engage in their goals in a values-aligned way. The majority of my practice focuses on depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, and low self-esteem. My approach is narrative, intergenerational, and cognitive, meaning we will piece apart the different factors that go into your identity and personal contexts, and help you make informed decisions about the ways you live your life.
