If you’re dealing with the challenges of relationships—whether it’s navigating conflict, working through a breakup, dealing with infidelity, or building intimacy—I’m here to support you. As a therapist specializing in couples therapy and relationship issues, I focus on practical, evidence-based tools that foster open communication and improve connection. My work is centered on making therapy feel safe and approachable, so you can explore and resolve relationship patterns that may be holding you back.

In my practice, I help clients with anxiety, depression, and panic disorders as well as personality disorders and eating disorders. Using CBT and DBT, I work to help you develop effective coping skills, regulate intense emotions, and challenge harmful thought patterns. For eating disorders and borderline personality disorder, DBT and CBT provide a structured path toward improved self-regulation and more positive ways of thinking. Having led multiple DBT groups, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative these skills can be in managing overwhelming emotions and creating positive, lasting change.

I bring experience from diverse settings—including high schools, outpatient clinics, and group homes—working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. With a background rooted in hands-on experience from institutions like NYU’s IVDU Boys' School and Bleuler Psychotherapy Center, I’ve developed a strengths-based, client-centered approach. This means we focus on your unique strengths and values to guide the work and build resilience.

My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to work through life’s challenges, reach your goals, and develop the tools to maintain your progress.
