Accepting clients Last Updated 27 days ago

Throughout my experience over the last 22 years, I have worked with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse populations. I like to help my patients find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can accept themselves as whole and complete. My passion is to inspire others to help themselves in order to meet their goals, heal, and find peace. I believe everyone has the potential for personal growth and healing and can take an active role in making that happen. I know that no single approach is right for everyone, and thus focus on meeting my patients where they are at, and work from there. I can integrate a solution-focused approach to help my patients meet their needs as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help refocus them. You can expect collaboration, compassion, empathy, and honesty.

I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
