Alexa Myta
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing telehealth therapy throughout New York and Massachusetts. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals.
I work with students navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, academic pressures, perfectionism, relationship concerns, identity development, and other emotional challenges that commonly arise during college and young adulthood. I also support individuals experiencing depression, difficulties with emotional regulation, and major life changes.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences while developing practical strategies to manage challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
