Is trauma making it difficult to feel safe, trust others, or feel connected? Trauma and attachment wounds can shape how we see ourselves, experience relationships, and carry the pressure we place on ourselves. I am a trauma-informed therapist working with adults, couples, and families. I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, and the feeling of always needing to hold everything together. Together, we will explore your experiences, build emotional safety, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.

As a Black woman, I understand that mental health is not always prioritized when survival comes first. My experiences shaped my passion for making therapy approachable, understandable, and accessible. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported while working toward healing and growth.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, EFT, attachment-focused therapy, and play therapy to help clients heal, understand themselves, and create healthier connections. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone.
