My name is Alexa DeVilmé. As a Master of Social Work intern therapist, I am passionate about working with diverse communities and bringing awareness to the importance of mental wellness, emotional expression, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether you are navigating life transitions, stress, identity development, or emotional challenges, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore, grow, and feel empowered in your journey.

As an intern therapist, I am committed to learning, growing, and providing compassionate, evidence-informed care under supervision. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. My approach centers on meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences, and supporting you in developing insight, resilience, and creating change. I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing process.

I do not work with insurance, however, I offer a very generous sliding scale of $20 - $60 per session. With your consent, our sessions may be recorded as a way for me to learn how to become better at my work, however the recordings would not be on internet connected devices. I am receiving supervision from Robert Ross, LCSW and Shannon Bowles, PhD, during my internship with Meristem Therapy Services.
