I have over 10 years of experience working with college students, young professionals, justice involved teens/adults, current/former foster youth and other adults. I help clients unlock their true potential and triumph over issues of low self-esteem, impostor syndrome, depression, anxiety, trauma, difficult life transitions, relationship issues and more.
