I am a LGBTQ+ therapist who loves working with individual adults who are curious about themselves and who are ready to look at their past, including any trauma that has impacted their life. I am trained in EMDR which is a powerful treatment modality that helps process traumatic or distressing events and memories. I use assessments that are validated to ensure I understand what you are experiencing. As we work together, I will ask about what is working best for you and will tailor my approach as needed.
I use an integrative approach to psychotherapy that incorporates person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, feminist therapy, and EMDR to help adults achieve better mental health. I believe you are the expert in your life and know what is best for you.
It takes courage to reach out for help! If you think I may be a good fit for you, please reach out and schedule a free 20-50 minute video consult during which we can see if we might be a good fit for each other. The fit and relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important factors in whether or not therapy is successful!
Telehealth/video sessions only at this time (will likely have some part-time in-person availability in the NW Denver area very soon).
