Sometimes our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences can get in the way of us experiencing internal peace and living the life we desire. I believe that everyone possesses positive, innate tools that can help them conquer life’s challenges and reach personal growth. I have a passion for encouraging individuals to identify and become the best version of themselves possible. As a trauma-informed clinician, I have helped clients navigate through life's challenges including but not limited to: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, self-esteem/self-worth, and life transitions.
My compassionate, strengths-based and collaborative approach aims at helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and improve overall self-care. During sessions, therapeutic methods used may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Self-Compassion, Mindfulness practices, and Breathing Techniques. Honoring the importance of the therapeutic relationship, I offer an empathic, nonjudgmental space that welcomes vulnerability, personal reflection, and exploration. I recognize that seeking additional support through therapy is a courageous step and look forward to the opportunity to support you along your journey towards peace and healing!
