Thanks for viewing my profile as you consider your therapy options. I strive to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere where positive change and growth can occur. I have been working in mental health for over 25 years and have been practicing psychology locally for the past 20. Aside from my private practice, I worked at the University of Kentucky Counseling Center, where I was the associate director and one of the licensed psychologists. Concerns that I can address with you range from "problems of living" and life transitions to psychological disorders that cause significant impairment. Anxiety, depression, OCD, panic, substance use/addictions, past trauma, identity concerns and relationship issues are areas in which I have considerable experience. I also provide couples therapy.

My clinical work is flexible and incorporates a number of approaches. At the heart of my work is a spirit of collaboration and a desire to meet individuals where they are.
