The college/university experience is a unique transition point where many individuals face new challenges and often overwhelming situations. In my practice, I provide a collaborative and safe environment, ensuring you are not alone in facing these challenges. Whether you are dealing with emergent anxiety or mood issues, managing complex family dynamics, navigating questions about identity, belonging, or worth, or dealing with the pain of grief, my warm, engaging, and culturally relevant approach works in tandem with psychodynamic and evidence-based strategies to help you to identify tools that allow you to understand and cope with whatever you face. As we work together, I am committed to helping you survive and thrive by helping you know where you currently stand, identify where you desire to go and create actionable steps to get there.
I am licensed to conduct telehealth sessions with individuals in Georgia and New York.
