Accepting clients Last Updated 21 days ago

Throughout my career, I have been committed to guiding clients through transformative healing processes, addressing a wide range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, trauma, and stress. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with unique circumstances that brought them into treatment. Each of these experiences has deepened my understanding and expertise, enabling me to offer tailored therapeutic approaches to support individuals in their healing journey.
Utilizing the Energy Psychology practice of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a powerful holistic approach, I help clients release emotional blockages, foster self- empowerment, and create lasting change. My practices also integrate animal-assisted psychotherapy, where the unique bond between humans and animals is incorporated into sessions.
With a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in emotional freedom techniques (EFT) and animal- assisted psychotherapy. I strive to provide a compassionate, safe space where clients can explore their emotional landscape, overcome obstacles, and develop resilience.
