If you're struggling after a painful loss or a traumatic experience, you're not alone and you don’t have to keep carrying it all by yourself. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who helps people heal from trauma, PTSD, and grief. Whether you've gone through something recent or you're carrying pain that’s been with you for years, I offer a safe, supportive space to process what’s happened and begin to feel like yourself again.

Trauma and loss can change how we see the world and ourselves. Maybe you're feeling numb or overwhelmed, like you're just going through the motions. Maybe it's hard to trust others, or you feel stuck in sadness, guilt, or anger. These reactions are more common than you might think and there are effective, evidence-based ways to move through them.

You don't have to have everything figured out to start therapy. We'll work together at your pace to understand what you're going through and help you find relief, meaning and connection again. I currently offer telehealth sessions, including evening and Saturday morning appointments. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation!

As a clinician, I deeply believe in the importance of incorporating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into my therapeutic practice. I recognize that each client brings a unique set of experiences shaped by their cultural, social, and personal backgrounds. In my work, I strive to create a safe, respectful space where clients from all walks of life feel heard, understood, and valued. By honoring and respecting each individual’s identity and lived experiences, I aim to foster strong, trusting therapeutic relationships that support healing and growth for all.
