Hi there! I am a warm, creative and down-to-earth therapist who loves to help young adults navigate the often confusing and overwhelming experiences of college life, including issues related to academics, interpersonal relationships, gender identity, healthy sexuality, depression, and anxiety. (Not a complete list, by any means, but you get the drift!) If you are struggling with feelings of isolation and are having difficulty keeping up with your coursework, I can help you figure out how to navigate, starting from exactly where you are right now! I will provide a supportive ear and common-sense, actionable strategies to help you feel better. I am licensed to work with folks in South Carolina and Massachusetts, all via telehealth. I'm here when you're ready!
