I use DBT and art therapy to help anxious people re-connect to their creative, intuitive selves so they can live a more joyous life without persistent self-doubt and worry. Are you constantly saying yes out of guilt or obligation? Do you often feel criticized — like you can’t do anything right in a particular relationship? Sometimes we lose our voice in relationships and forget how to tend to our own needs. Do you long for a brighter future where you feel fulfilled and engaged again? This is a warm and creative space that encourages a new story founded on resilience.

Through the holistic, creative approach of art therapy, I help people struggling with significant change by creating a safe space that encourages the exploration of feelings and the formation of a new story founded on resilience.

The cool thing about using art is that we don't have the restrictions of language, so you can share emotions at your own pace. Most importantly, you don't need to be an artist! Talking and creating as a somatic approach will provide you with the opportunity to see challenges from a new perspective.
