I’ve always been deeply interested in understanding people—their emotions, struggles, and what helps them heal. For me, becoming a therapist was a natural path because I genuinely care about helping others navigate life’s challenges. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen, offer support, and help make sense of things that feel overwhelming. That’s what inspired me, and it continues to motivate me every day. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as we work through whatever brings you here today.
Feeling heard and understood is so important in this process, and I want to make sure that’s a foundation of our work together. One way I do that is by creating a space where you can express yourself freely, without judgment. I’ll listen carefully—not just to your words, but also to what you might be feeling underneath them. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences and reflect back what I hear to make sure I’m truly getting it.

Beyond listening, I’ll also check in with you regularly to see how you’re feeling about our sessions—what’s helpful, what’s not—so we can adjust as needed. This is your journey, and my role is to walk alongside you in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you.
"""Building trust takes time, and I want to honor that process in a way that feels safe and supportive for you. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable—there’s no rush to share more than you’re ready for. I’ll always respect your boundaries and give you choices, because having a sense of control is important, especially when working through trauma.

At the core of our work is a strong therapeutic alliance, which means I’ll provide a space where you feel seen, heard, and believed. I’ll listen with compassion, validate your experiences, and check in with you to make sure therapy feels helpful. We’ll collaborate on what works best for you—whether that’s talking, using grounding techniques, or exploring different tools for healing.

Most importantly, trust is built through consistency and safety. I will show up for you, be present in our sessions, and honor your experiences without judgment. My goal is for you to feel supported as we navigate this journey together.
