It is a passion of mine to help individuals find peace and healing in their lives. I believe that everyone has the power within them to feel whole and happy. Sometimes, we just need some guidance. That's where I step in. My professional experience has taught me that most people already have the answers they seek, but sometimes need a little help to find them. I have experience in working with Trauma in many different forms. I can help you understand how different situations in your life can trigger trauma responses. I can help you understand that trauma comes in many forms and your body can respond in a variety of ways.
You are the expert on you. I am here to help you find peace, self-awareness, personal growth, healing, and wellness. Education is a large part of counseling. The majority of growth and change occurs outside the counseling session, utilizing skills learned during our meetings.
