Adrienne Mitchell
I am a therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience. I hold the belief that we are constantly learning and evolving from our life events. We become stronger as we grow through these experiences and learn more about ourselves. Self-acceptance and self-awareness are key to being able to live freely. Our sessions will be a journey of self-discovery. I will be here to guide and support you during this process.
Therapy is a safe space for you to be able to express and process your feelings. You will learn to identify triggers to negative feelings and behaviors as well as build coping skills. During the therapeutic process, you will experience clarity and growth. Prior to therapy most people desire to get back to their old self again, but therapy is actually about forward movement. We take experiences and learn from them.
Wellness includes your mind, body, and soul. We do not function our best when one of these aspects is out of sync. Whether you need therapy, health coaching, or life coaching, I am here to guide and support you to meet your goals.
