Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.

My work is grounded in a humanistic perspective and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that shape your life. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and low self-esteem.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by the expectations they place on themselves, struggle to set healthy boundaries, or find themselves stuck in relationship patterns that leave them feeling emotionally drained. My goal is to help you discover your strengths, develop effective strategies, and take real steps toward a happier, healthier version of yourself.

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and accepted. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), humanistic therapy, and strengths-based approaches, we’ll work together to better understand your emotions, build healthier relationships, strengthen self-confidence, and develop practical tools to help you navigate everyday challenges.

Whether you’re processing difficult experiences, working through anxiety, improving communication, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to help you feel supported every step of the way.

My passion for therapy grew from my own experiences navigating relationships, personal growth, and the unique challenges of growing up as a first-generation American. Those experiences taught me how important it is to feel understood and supported, especially during life’s most difficult moments.

They continue to shape the empathy and curiosity I bring into each session. I believe therapy is about creating a space where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and make changes that feel authentic and lasting.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, having previously trained in powerlifting. I also enjoy crocheting and making handmade items like beanies, scarves, and clothing, which gives me a creative outlet and helps me recharge. When I’m not crafting or at the gym, you’ll often find me at live music events, especially rock concerts and Spanish alternative shows.
