Healing often begins with finding a space where you feel truly understood. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), my work is grounded in a humanistic perspective and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), with a focus on helping you deepen self-understanding and create meaningful change in your life.

Working with teens and adults, I support people who are navigating challenges in relationships, family dynamics, and their inner emotional world. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns that are hard to shift, particularly in how they relate to others and to themselves. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or interpersonal stress, my goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences with curiosity, and begin moving toward more connected and fulfilling relationships at your own pace.

My approach is humanistic, compassionate, and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other strengths-based perspectives. What that means for you is a collaborative, nonjudgmental environment where your unique needs, goals, and life experiences shape the direction of our work. Together, we'll build self-understanding and gently untangle emotional and relational patterns that feel stuck. Sessions are tailored to you, whether that looks like exploring how you relate to your emotions, making sense of recurring dynamics in your relationships, or simply finding more ease in your day-to-day life.

Empathy, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience are at the heart of how I show up as your steady and supportive therapeutic partner. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more seen, more grounded, and more connected to your own path toward growth and healing.

My path to becoming a therapist grew from a genuine curiosity about people's emotional lives and the profound ways relationships and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves. That curiosity developed into a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

In my sessions now, I bring that same curiosity, along with empathy and a grounded presence, to support you wherever you are in your journey.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, having previously trained in powerlifting. I also enjoy crocheting and making handmade items like shirts, beanies, and scarves, which I find relaxing and creative. Outside of that, I like spending time at live music events, especially rock concerts and Spanish alternative shows.
