Welcome! I’m Rose Adonis, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I understand that college can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. You may be trying to manage academic pressure, relationships, work, family expectations, and major life changes while quietly struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulty focusing, low motivation, or emotional exhaustion.
I work best with students who want a supportive and nonjudgmental space where they can be honest about what they are experiencing. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out. Together, we will discuss your concerns, identify your goals, and create a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. When appropriate, care may include medication management, practical coping strategies, and collaboration with a therapist or other healthcare professionals.
My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more confident in managing your mental health so you can thrive both academically and personally. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
