Whether providing a boost in self-esteem, teaching coping skills, or offering another perspective on life experiences, I promise to listen to you and use your experiences to promote growth and development. I have had successful experience in addressing trauma, anxiety, and depression, in children and young adults. If you or someone you know would like to set up a time to chat, I would be more than happy to do so!
