Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 5 days ago

Hi, I’m Adam Parker, a licensed therapist and school psychologist providing therapy for college students, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and emotional regulation.

Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed internally, struggling with overthinking, difficulty following through, or feeling stuck despite knowing what they “should” be doing. My background as a school psychologist allows me to take a structured, skills-based approach to these challenges, helping clients better understand how their brain works and develop practical strategies to improve focus, reduce anxiety, and increase follow-through.

My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and evidence-based practices, while remaining collaborative, direct, and approachable. I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and productive, where we are not only building insight, but also making meaningful, real-world changes.
If you are looking for therapy that is clear, practical, and focused on helping you move forward, I would be glad to connect.
