I help students overcome anxiety, procrastination, and difficulty focusing, as well as balancing technology use. Welcome to my office, have a seat wherever you're comfortable and we'll start you on the path to finding your confidence!

It's 3 AM. You're replaying the same mistakes in your head, constantly worried that you won't be good enough to succeed. You find yourself stuck in a cycle of overthinking, unable to focus as you loop through the same repeated thoughts. You know you’re capable of doing more, you want to SO badly, and you're terrified you won't find the motivation to make it happen. It's absolutely exhausting, and you just want to feel better. I've been there, you CAN have relief, and I'm here to provide you with understanding that will allow you to become the thriving person you would like to be!

Together, we will break the cycle of anxiety and self-doubt. Through listening and collaboration, we'll understand the root of your personal struggles and develop a plan personal to you. No matter what you're thinking, feeling, or experiencing, the goal is to give you the skills to help you respond in a way that moves you closer to the life that you truly want, not the life that others expect of you. I create a non-judgmental environment aimed at helping you help yourself, leaving you with skills and tools that will keep you well long after you graduate from therapy.
