Does it feel like everyone else knows what they are doing, but you are completely lost? Are you struggling with figuring out how to adult? Are you ready to take your life back? The good news is, you are not alone. I can help you recognize that you are not broken or ineffective, but rather the strategies you are using to make yourself feel better are not working. We will explore where these unhelpful strategies came from and work to develop healthier strategies so that you can get your life back again.

I specialize in young adults struggling with transitions, anxiety, and depression, as well as individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). I utilize evidence based therapies to help clients get unstuck and lead fulfilling lives. I also offer psychological assessments for a variety of concerns (ASD, ADHD, Learning Disorder, Mood Disorders, etc.)

Taking action towards improving your life is a HUGE step, and I am so glad you are here. 'Adulting' is hard enough, don't struggle alone. ACTivation Psychology is an inclusive practice that serves clients of all identities. Call today for a free initial phone consultation.
