Whether you are navigating past traumas, seeking to strengthen your self-esteem, or managing overwhelming emotions, I am here to create a space where your stories are valued, heard, and honored. I help individuals develop plans to connect with themselves and find their inner strengths. With experience working in trauma informed care and with marginalized communities, I embrace an empathetic and judgment-free approach to therapy that involves genuine curiosity and a willingness to deeply understand and honor cultural diversity. I specialize in issues related to intergenerational trauma, self esteem, and identity exploration.
