Hello, I am Abby, and am an experienced and empathic marriage/family therapist that provides services to individuals, couples, and families for issues including relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, parent/child difficulties, co-parenting struggles, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and trauma/PTSD.
I have a history of working as an Addiction counselor along with Family Based Therapy. I use a combination of CBT, Strength Based Focus, Relational focus, and family-focused therapy styles to help with emotional regulation, developing boundaries, self-care, and overall awareness.
If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, difficulties adjusting, ADHD, relationship challenges, co-parenting challenges, or just feeling overwhelmed and stressed, I am here to help. Starting therapy can be scary and is the first big step in the healing process. I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, and therapeutic space to work on healing
