Do you feel like you are stuck or not in control of your life? Maybe you feel powerless to things that keep happening to you. Are you feeling stressed, anxious or sad due to recent life changes? Whether you are going through the loss of a loved one, a relationship ending or struggling with health challenges, talk therapy can help! I work with clients ages 14 and up to provide individual therapy, couples counseling or family counseling for those who are coping with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, and other life changes.
I combine elements from different theoretical frameworks to use a more flexible and inclusive approach to treatment. I draw on a holistic approach that acknowledges a person's environment, relationships, history and the mind-body connection in an effort to look at the whole person in order to motivate, empower and inspire wellness.
I know that reaching out for help can feel intimidating but you deserve to have empathetic, non judgmental support in your life. I would be honored to walk along side you during this current season of your life and empower and support you towards your goals.
