Pre-Licensed Professional

Hi there! My name is Rachel and I'm so glad you've taken the first step to find a therapist.

I work with people who are navigating life transitions, like adjusting to college, a different town, or new friend groups. I also walk alongside young adults in the wake of loss and support the grieving process. I am particularly passionate about body neutrality and Health At Every Size (HAES). I worked at an eating disorder treatment center during graduate school. I am committed to dismantling diet culture and helping you expand your self-worth beyond body shape and size.

Whether you are coming to therapy because you're struggling at school, you're grieving, or you're ready to improve your relationship with your body/movement/food, I am here for you.

Please reach out to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation.
