Hi, I'm Abby! After working as a therapist at a group practice for a couple of years, I became passionate about building my own practice where I get to work solely with young adults navigating the challenges of coming-of-age. I am committed to staying up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in the field of mental health so that I can provide you with the best possible care.

A little about me: I attended Saint Joseph's University for undergraduate school and Villanova University for graduate school. I have been living in Philadelphia for over 10 years, and I have over 4 years of experience working with teenagers, college students, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, school stressors, self-esteem, life transitions and more.

Whether you're navigating life transitions or managing overwhelming emotions, I am here to empower you with practical tools and insights to thrive in every aspect of your life journey. My goal is to work with you to create meaningful experiences that increase optimism, hope, and motivation along with a sense of control, worth, empowerment, purpose, connectedness, and well-being.
