Pre-Licensed Professional

I am passionate about helping my clients find their inner strengths and potential. It is my goal that you will always leave a session knowing your value! I work best with those aged 15 and up on challenges with body-image, eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety/ depression, and over exercising. I was an athlete through college and love working with this population, as well! I work as a HAES (Health at Every Size) and Anti-diet practitioner and offer meal coaching to those struggling with their relationship with food! Also, check out my photos to see my therapy pup, Rosie! She will often join me in sessions!
Empowerment is my approach and I believe that education is power. I try to educate my clients front to back on their problems in addition to offering them support so that when you leave our sessions, you feel prepared and confident in addressing concerns outside of the office.
Any client is welcome into my (virtual) office. I invite all genders, races, backgrounds, ages, sexual orientations and problems. Everyone deserves to have support and empathy as we all try to figure out this life!
