Everyone tells you that you have it all together, but inside, it feels out of control. You turn to food and your body to try to get back control, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. You are exhausted by the constant thinking about what you are going to eat next and the punishing voice in your head telling you that you aren't doing it right. You want to stop, but are terrified what will happen if you do. Let's work together to help you feel reconnected and more ease in your body and life.
I’m Abby Behar, RN, LICSW. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma recovery, and anxiety. I believe all bodies are good and wise, and we have an innate capacity to heal when we can reclaim our authentic selves. Together, we will help you connect back to yourself and your body, and move towards the life you imagine.
I believe that healing can happen in the context of a safe, supportive relationship. I bring a compassionate, centering presence to join you in discovering your relationship to all parts of you and your body. Schedule a free, no-obligation consultation to decide if I’m a good fit for you. I look forward to connecting!
