I feel very fortunate and fulfilled to be a part of the healing process for individuals, couples, families, youth and young adults. I believe in an individual-centered approach; one that identifies and builds on strengths and emphasizes what you love most in life.
I specialize in individuals, youth, families, couples and various forms of addiction. I have extensive Clinical experiences with modalities of Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Strength Based, Humanistic, Systems Theory, and Trauma informed approaches. I am competent in working in Dialectical Behavioral and Motivational interviewing approaches.
