ADHD is more than inattention or being unable to sit still. It affects nearly every aspect of our lives. Maybe you're struggling with procrastination, losing things, feeling "edgy" and like you're constantly forgetting something, missing deadlines. Perhaps you push yourself to get started on something, only to get distracted in the middle of it. You're constantly spinning your wheels but feel like you've gotten nothing done. Those of us with ADHD often feel shame and embarrassment from our actions- like saying things we regret or reacting impulsively. We constantly feel like failures, always trying to hide our embarrassment.
People don’t need “fixing.” Only pets & broken cars do. If you struggle with symptoms of ADHD or anxiety, reach out. Together through talking, testing, & looking at what's working & not working in your life, we'll get a handle on your ADHD. A diagnosis leads to learning new tools & treatment options and to YOU feeling powerful & confident.
