I'm Dr. Sandy Levy, and I have been a psychologist for nearly 30 years. My practice focuses on clients aged 18-35. I believe this is the most exciting and challenging period of life, when young adults are just getting to define who they are and what they want from life. You may be experiencing anxiety or depression, difficulties with family or in a relationship. In our work we will focus on helping you understand yourself, your values, your needs, and put you on a path to achieve them. This may require changing old patterns and taking new risks, but as your therapist, I will be with you every step of the way.
