Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I tend to work best with clients who are experiencing adjustments to life stages, and/or those who identify with Borderline Personality Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and anxiety disorders. I am passionate about creating spaces, both in therapy and in communities, that can hold all parts of us, including the vulnerable and painful ones, and allow them to connect rather than isolate us. I work to empower clients to understand their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and reclaim their lives. Our individualized therapy sessions provide a safe space for healing and growth, guiding you toward lasting resilience and improved mental well-being. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Drexel University, and my Bachelor’s from the State University of New York at Oswego. I have formal training in Exposure Response Prevention, the gold standard of OCD treatment, but also heavily incorporate other modalities in my work and will always tailor our work to your needs. When not at work, I can often be found with friends at a local coffee shop, or home spending time with my partner and our two cats, Jack and Hendricks.
