Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling lost in life? My name is Debbie and I specialize in helping individuals navigate these challenges and find their way towards a more fulfilling life. As a licensed therapist with over 5 years of experience, I have helped numerous clients overcome these obstacles and create the life they want.
My approach is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, which means that I believe every individual has the capacity for growth and change. I will work with you to develop a customized plan that fits your unique needs, personality, and goals. Along the way, I will provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help you achieve your desired outcome.
If you are ready to take the first step towards a better life, let's start by scheduling an initial session. During this session, we'll get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
